The rooms are spacious with lovely views, and the bedding is comfortable. The staff are fantastic and quick at check-in. Just keep in mind the breakfast was a bit average, and one lift wasn't working. A cozy stay with potential for improvement.

it's nothing special hotel, however the breakfast here is incredibly nice and staff are consistently courteous. the service at the restaurant is friendly. it has great and efficient location close to a combination residential/ business park, business centre and the bus station about 200m, norwest train station about 900m.

Our family stay at Visy Dior in Baulkham Hills was enjoyable. The quick check-in and clean, comfortable rooms made for a smooth arrival. We appreciated the surprise balcony upgrade, perfect for relaxing after exploring nearby attractions like the Pavilion Theatre and Castle Towers. The outdoor pool and garden area were great for the kids. a wonderful experience we'd happily repeat!

The food was fine and we greatly enjoyed it.

I gotta say, the location is super convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The check-in process was a breeze, and the staff, for the most part, were really friendly and helpful. The bed was definitely comfy, and I enjoyed a delicious in-room dinner that arrived faster than I expected.

My experience took a dive with the rude guy at check-in who couldn't even find my reservation. Seriously, that initial interaction set a bad tone. Plus, the TV in my room kept glitching, and I found a cracked sink in the bathroom. Not cool, especially considering how high the temperatures were and the pool was supposedly closed according to their website!

The continental breakfast with juicer, food being replenished often is the highlight. The location is particularly good and efficient, 15 minutes' walk to a charismatic megachurch.

The database provided impressive insights, allowing me to seamlessly plan my activities and discover local attractions. When I requested a room change, the staff accommodated me promptly, ensuring a peaceful experience.

One minor drawback was the need for a refresh in the room's decor; while functional, it felt a bit dated.

It was more the location on this occasion.

we recently stayed at the rydges for our trip, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. the staff were warm and efficient, making us feel right at home. our room was spacious, clean, and the king-size bed was very comfortable. we particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was delicious, and the dinner we ordered via room service was prompt and tasty too.

Room showed some signs of wear and tear 😕.

the staff were exceptionally friendly, always ready to assist with any query or issue I had. the location was convenient for my meetings, and the room was spacious, which made my work sessions comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the bar and buffet breakfast facilities, although I wished the coffee from the machine was better. everything appeared to be meticulously prepared prior to my arrival, which set a positive tone for my trip.

I didn’t like the buffet.

We were upgraded to a King Balcony room - nice surprise especially as it was Christmas day. Also love the lobby bar being open until 10pm for drinks, coffee and light meals.

The staff were so friendly and went ABOVE AND BEYOND when I was unwell. I'd absolutely return, but the breakfast looked better in photos!
